本プライバシーポリシーは、モバイルデバイス用ソフトウェアアプリケーション「aojiTrip」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関するものです。

BuddyCompass は本アプリを無料アプリケーションとして提供しています。本ページは、本アプリの利用に際して収集される個人情報の種類、利用目的、および第三者提供について説明することを目的としています。本アプリを利用することで、本ポリシーに記載された情報の収集および利用に同意したものとみなします。

当社が収集する個人情報は、サービスの提供と改善のために使用されます。本プライバシーポリシーに記載されている場合を除き、当社はお客様の情報を第三者と共有したり、利用したりすることはありません。

1. 情報の収集と利用

  • 本アプリはユーザー登録を必要とせず、アプリ内の地図にユーザの現在位置を表示する目的、ユーザが近づいたアプリ内のスポットをアンロックするためにのみ位置情報を収集します。
  • 収集された位置情報は端末内で利用され、本アプリのサーバーへアップロードされることはありません。他の目的で利用することもありません。
  • 本アプリは、ユーザーの操作がない限り、位置情報を含め、いかなる情報も自動的に収集またはアップロードすることはありません。
  • また、本アプリでは地図表示のために Mapbox 社が提供するサービスを利用しています。このサービスの提供にあたり、Mapbox は利用状況の分析やサービス向上を目的として、位置情報やデバイス情報等のデータを自動的に取得・送信する場合があります。これらのデータは当社では直接収集・保存せず、Mapbox のプライバシーポリシーに従って管理されます。 詳細は以下をご確認ください：

2. アクセス解析ツールの利用

本アプリは、アプリの利用状況を分析しサービスの改善に役立てるため、Google LLC が提供するアクセス解析サービス「Firebase Analytics」を利用しています。

Firebase Analytics により、以下の情報が自動的に収集される場合があります。

  • IDFV (Identifier for Vendors)
  • IP アドレス
  • デバイス情報 (機種、OS バージョン等)
  • アプリ内でのイベント情報 (画面遷移、操作等)
  • IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその地域情報

本アプリでは、広告識別子 (IDFA) は収集しません。

収集された情報は、Google LLC のプライバシーポリシー、および Firebase / Google アナリティクスの利用規約に基づき管理されます。詳細は以下をご確認ください。

3. 外国にある第三者への個人データの提供

本アプリでは、第2項に記載の Firebase Analytics の利用に伴い、収集した情報を以下のとおり外国にある第三者に提供します。

  • 提供先: Google LLC
  • 所在国: アメリカ合衆国
  • 提供される情報: 第2項に記載の項目
  • 利用目的: アプリ利用状況の分析

4. ログデータ

本アプリの利用中にエラーが発生した場合、問題解析のために第三者ツールを通じて端末からログデータを収集することがあります。ログデータには、IPアドレス、デバイス名、OSバージョン、アプリ設定、利用日時およびその他の統計情報が含まれる場合があります。

5. セキュリティ

当社は、お客様の個人情報の保護を重要視し、商業的に妥当な範囲で合理的な安全対策を講じます。しかし、インターネットを介した送信や電子的保存は完全な安全を保証するものではありません。したがって、当社は絶対的なセキュリティを保証できないことをご理解ください。

6. 本プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて随時更新されます。変更がある場合、新しいポリシーはこのウェブサイトに掲載され、重要な変更については可能な範囲で本アプリ上で通知します。本プライバシーポリシーを定期的にご確認いただくことを推奨します。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application “aojiTrip” (the “App”).

BuddyCompass provides the App free of charge. This page explains the types of personal information collected when using the App, the purposes for which it is used, and the circumstances under which it may be shared with third parties. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We use any personal information we collect to provide and improve the service. Except as described in this policy, we will not share or disclose your information to third parties for any other purpose.

1. Information Collection and Use

  • The App does not require user registration. The App collects location information only for the purpose of displaying the user’s current location on the in-app map and unlocking in-app spots when the user approaches them.
  • Collected location information is used on the device and is not uploaded to the App’s servers. It is not used for any other purpose.
  • The App does not automatically collect or upload any information, including location, without the user’s action.
  • The App uses Mapbox services for map display. In providing these services, Mapbox may automatically collect and transmit data such as location and device information for usage analysis and service improvement. Such data is managed by Mapbox according to Mapbox’s privacy policy and is not directly collected or stored by us.

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the app are as follows:

2. Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google LLC, to analyze app usage and improve our service.

Firebase Analytics may automatically collect the following information:

  • IDFV (Identifier for Vendors)
  • IP address
  • Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
  • In-app event information (screen transitions, interactions, etc.)
  • Approximate location estimated from IP address

The App does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA).

3. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties Located in Foreign Countries

In connection with the use of Firebase Analytics described in Section 2, the App provides the collected information to a third party located in a foreign country as follows:

  • Recipient: Google LLC
  • Country: United States of America
  • Information provided: Items listed in Section 2
  • Purpose: Analysis of app usage

4. Log Data

If an error occurs while using the App, we may collect log data from the device via third-party tools for troubleshooting. Log data may include IP address, device name, OS version, app settings, usage timestamps, and other statistical information.

5. Security

We take the protection of users’ personal information seriously and implement commercially reasonable security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time as necessary. When changes are made, the new policy will be posted on this website, and significant changes will be notified within the App where feasible. We recommend that you review this Privacy Policy periodically.
